Post Shipping not calculating into the total

Greetings, when I setup a $5.00 shipping to any orders under $30.00 and add to cart, it displays the $5.00 cost to the total. But when i proceed to checkout it doesnt show the shipping cost on the paypal checkout

@all, did you check your paypal settings or plugin settings ?
I'm pretty sure you activate or not activate a copuple of settings.
